The KCIM Patient Portal: Healthcare Services At Your Fingertips!

It’s 9 p.m. You just got the kids to bed or the dishes from dinner put away when you sit down to relax. You then remember that you need to schedule an appointment at your doctor’s office, or realized that you needed to request a prescription refill, or you meant to call and pay your bill. Whatever the case, you think you can’t get it done because it’s too late and the doctor’s office is closed.
Today our lives are filled with so many things to do that finding the time to even make a phone call can sometimes be inconvenient. With healthcare technology making so many advances and things easier for doctors, it was time to make something easier for the patients!
With that in mind, KCIM is proud to announce the Patient Portal, a secure online center that allows patients 24/7 access to their health information. You can log in any time and request an appointment, request a prescription renewal, pay your medical bill, and even maintain your personal health record. This new service makes it easier for you to take care of things that you need when it is most convenient for you.
The Patient Portal is one of many tools being used to help make the everyday lives of our patients easier. It allows all of our patients to interact with the KCIM Staff more quickly and efficiently.
The Patient Portal currently has several features for our patients to take advantage of. Even better, more features, such as Lab Results and Clinical Summaries, will be added in the future.
While we love talking to our patients, we know it isn’t always practical or convenient. Now, with the Patient Portal, all you have to do is click the “Patient Login” button (which appears in the upper right hand corner of every page on our web site) and accomplish it all on your own time! It’s that easy!
