Theodore Whitaker, D.O.
Dr.
Whitaker attended the and graduated from the
University of Notre Dame, South Bend,
Indiana in 1975. He then attended
the University of Kansas Graduate School from 1975-1976. He then went on to the
Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 1980. He completed
his internship and residency at Lakeside
Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri
from 1981-1984.
Certifications
include: American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine – 1991
He is a
member of the following organizations:

currently on staff at Research
Medical Center.
