Integrative Medicine is essentially the use of other modalities to complement traditional healthcare treatments (i.e. pharmaceutical therapies, surgeries, etc.) to best manage health care conditions.

KCIM is pleased to have Dr. Andrea Arvan on the team.  Dr. Arvan received her Fellowship in Alternative Medicine with the world-renowned Dr. Andrew Weil.  Dr. Arvan provides Acupuncture services to the KCIM patient population.  Many have found this very effective for migraine headache management, chronic nausea, respiratory problems, back pain (and other pain), smoking cessation, weight loss, and other conditions.
