David Wilt, M.D.

Dr. Wilt received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas in 1975. He then attended the University of Kansas Medical School and graduated in 1983. He did his internship at the University of Kansas School of Medicine from 1983-1984. His residency was completed at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Veterans’ Administration Hospital, Kansas City, Mo., St. Francis Hospital in Topeka, Ks. And Stormont-Vail in Topeka, Ks..

Certifications include: Board Certified in Internal Medicine since 1987.

Dr. Wilt belongs to the following organizations: American Medical Association, Missouri Medical Society, American Society of Internal Medicine and the American College of Physicians.

Most recently, Dr. Wilt was awarded the 2011 top doc award listed by US News and World Reports.

Dr. Wilt enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. When time permits, he also enjoys hunting and spending time on his farm.
