Dr. Judy attended the University of Missouri Kansas City and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1972. He then attended the University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri and graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree in 1976. He completed his internship at the University of Missouri Medical Center in 1977 and his residency at the Kansas University School of Medicine in 1979. He is a diplomat with the American Board of Internal Medicine since 1979.

Dr. Judy is a member of the following organizations:

• American Medical Society
• Missouri State Medical Association
• Metropolitan Medical Society
• Southwest Clinical Medical Society

He is currently on staff at St. Joseph Health Center and Menorah Medical Center

Dr. Judy enjoys spending time with wife and five children. He enjoys all sports and is an avid MU fan.
